I know! My friend and I both have like 1000 deoxeys on lv 100.
To get deoxeys
1 - Get five stars on your trainer card. Ask the question after reading this in the seach bar
2 - Go to the space place.
3 - talk to everyone until one says 'would you like to go to the moon?' and say yes!
4 - You go to the moon and there is deoxeys.
Tip - You may want to save before going into space and before you battle deoxeys. Clone a master ball (If you can't get a friend or someone to do it and then get them to trade 99 Pokemon with you holding the master balls) and have at least 1 lv 100 Pokemon in your pack! Once you have him, save and go back to earth.
