You can buy it in team rocket game corner in caledon city First you will need a coin case. You get one in the Caledon restaurant. The restaurant is the building is just down the street from game corner. You go in to the restaurant and go talk to the man in the top left corner. He gives you a coin case. Now you go into the game corner and you tlak to the people in it. They will give you some coins. Then you buy 100 coins from the seller in game corner. He is located in the top of the room. Then you go to the building beside the game corner and go in. You walk to the top left thing and click A. There you will be able to buy Abra for 120 coins. Hope it helped :)
