You need the *azure flute. once you have this you can find arceus by playing the azure Flute, to access the hall of origin. Once you have the Azure flute, you should proceed to the spear pillar, at the peak of mount coronet, which is annoyingly difficult to get to. Once you are at the spear pillar, the game will automatically ask if you want to play the azure flute. Obviously you do. When you say yes, some stairs will appear, leading you to a level 80 arceus, the second highest leveled wild non-glitch pokémon in the games. when Arceus is captured or defeated you won't be able to access the hall of origin by using the azure flute anymore, so i recommend you save before you enter it, in case you mess up :D *to get the azure flute you can use the cheating device, action replay, mystery gift, or any future Nintendo special events.
