when you get the ntional dex if you go south from velistone and you keep goin as you goin to the lake near there you will see a cave / forest entrance enter there and you follow the cave through you will need strenght,rocksmash,surf and rockclimb good luck
p.s when you find girratina i strongly recomend saving befor you catch him and also buy some dusk balls it helped me catch him in one also use a Pokemon with a move wich send the foe a sleep
