∙ 9y agoKecleon is a Normal-type Pokémon that was available in the games onward the third generation. Its main characteristic is his ability to change colors. However, in the Pearl version of the game it's not possible to find it roaming freely in the woods, instead, if you want to add one of them to your Pokedex, you will need to get him by trading.
