Here is any easier way, when you have the action replay thing pick walk through anything go to the end of route 224. You should see a shiney flat top rock. Just walk straight from that rock through the water then you should see saymin right there talk to him and he'll disapper then run all the way down to flower paridise and you should see him right there. Its a long way but just keep going. another way to get there is to use oaks letter u get at an Nintendo event. I don't know how though.
