First you help buck get through to team galactic then you beat a leader and this is in stark mountain then after you get out go to the Pokemon lottery then if you get lucky you might get a master ball head back go to heatran and you will see rocks around him/her then you go to heatran and press A and then if you have a zangoose use false swipe leaving it with 1 hp use a ultra ball to catch it.
