you have to go to island 7 and go to the bottom and there is a small cave put the boulders where it belongs and once you put it it is going to say i hear an echo close.Get out of the cave go to all the bottom of island 7 and there are going to be 7 caves you need surf go to one of the caves and walk inside the cave and a unknown is going to appear capture it and there is more on the other caves.

Diamond/Pearl: Solaceon Ruins. is behind the Pokemon center you will see a little opening go trough it and hit the last ramp {ledge or cliff} and you will seee a tunnel that's were the unknown are every room has a unknown dead ends too. y is a 1/20 chance you can find him anywhere but rare talk to the little kid and go to his house located near the ledges to the entrance {you may need to go around}
