I'm not sure about the limited but on my custom the drain is on the bottom right of the radiator when you're facing the car from the front. There's a twist valve on it.

If you can't find drain plug, just disconnect lower radiator hose.
Drain the radiator. Remove the LeSabre's top radiator hose. Unbolt the engine water inlet and remove to reach the thermostat. Pull the thermostat out and slide in the new one. Reinstall the inlet and hose before filling the system with new coolant.
Dsconnect the rubber hose at the bottom.
Drain the radiator and dispose of the coolant as it is toxic to animals. Remove the top radiator hose. Remove the water inlet. Pull the thermostat from under the inlet, and replace. Reverse the procedure to finish the instillation.
To replace the water pump on a 1989 Buick LeSabre, first ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the negative battery cable. Drain the coolant, then remove the drive belt and any components obstructing access to the water pump, such as the alternator or fan assembly. Unbolt the old water pump, clean the mating surfaces, and install the new pump with a new gasket. Finally, reassemble the components, refill the coolant, and reconnect the battery.
Un plug the drain which is on the firewall behind the right front tire.
Bottom of pan if there is one. Not all cars have. For those that don't, you have to drop pan.
There are several drain plugs on that vehicle, radiator (coolant), block (coolant), engine oil, trans oil, etc. There are usually located at the lowest point of that particular system.
