There are several drain plugs on that vehicle, radiator (coolant), block (coolant), engine oil, trans oil, etc. There are usually located at the lowest point of that particular system.
To drain your radiator, there is a plastic screw or plug on the bottom rght or driver side unscrew an the water should flow out.

there is no crank case drain plug on your engine, only a plugged drain line coming from your oil tank.
The drain plug is on the drivers side of the radiator. It is almost straight down from the headlight assembly.

The plug will be a giant 25mm bolt right on the bottom of the oilpan.

I have a 92 Diamante Wagon. And the drain plug on my car is on the bottom left (driver side). You need a 22mm socket wrench to open it. Hope that helps.
