there is no crank case drain plug on your engine, only a plugged drain line coming from your oil tank.
The 2002 Harley-Davidson motorcycle transmission drain plug can be removed with a 9/16 socket. A five-point socket will work the best

No. For engine oil changes on a Fatboy you need to remove the screw plug at the bottom of the frame to drain the oil from the oil tank. There is no other place to drain the oil from the case itself.
