Where do you enter the pixie hollow membership codes?

Go to the Purchase Options page which is in the Pixie Hollow World tab, then when you get to the page, click "Activate Card", make sure you are logged in (if you aren't select continue and it will ask you to log in or create an account), do all the log in forms (such as your account and a parent account) and you should be able to go from there. Please note you must have your card number with you. If you already have a membership, this will only extend the time.
