if you go to the burned tower in eckreteak city raikou suicune and entei will be there if you go down the ladder in the back they will all flee you dont get to battle them after that raikou and entei will roam around johto and you can see their locations on the pokegear map you dont get to fight suicune until later in the game

∙ 13y agoIn Ecruteak City there is a Place called Burned Tower go in and Entei, Raiku and Suicune will all be sitting at the bottom go further and the will jump out and run out of the tower. Entei and Raiku will then freely roam the region you can use the map in your poke gear to find them. Tip: When you fly to some where near them They will move further away from you. Suicune is in various places.
