(To get into the mansion: get the $5 bill from the tree at Mansion Row, and buy a sports drink for the thirsty giardener. Use his shears to cut loose the balloonist at Cliff Park, and get the rope you need to borrow the KiteSurfer from Kitty's Kites. Surf awhile with the kite at the sea off Cliff Park.)
