You go to a fishing spot that is kinda hiden.First, you go to the place where the rocket is,(the one you connect with cables) then you go on the other side of the rocket where you will find steps that go DOWN. All of them.Follow them down and go across the bridge.Jump across the rocks there and keep going when you come to the gray stairs. There should be a fishing spot there.Press A in front of it and go fishing!

what you do is you have to fish for it (i think)! ok so go towards the bucket and rod and press A. now you can fish! Please don't quote me on this but i think you have to fish at rocket reef to get the electric eel. You should just keep trying to get this fish- i tried myself and didn't succeed very quickly at all! Also, with the robofish that is just a little easier to get than the electric eels but you have to find them in one of the first scrolls on rocket reef aswell as the Eel.
