you have to have an eevee first, from beebee or trophy garden. Then you go to this moldy rock in eterna forest. And level it up around the moldy rock or you can give it a rare candy. then i think it evolves i don't if this is true becuase i don't have one i just heard anwser from differnt people sorry if i have bad spelling.
