The dawn stone doesn't exist in pokemon emerald. It's a generation IV item. So if you had a kirlia you wanted to be a gallade or a snorunt to a froslass, you would have to migrate them to a generation IV game first.

∙ 12y agoSadly, you cant. Dawn stones are only available in 5th generation dex, which is for Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold & SoulSilver
Although all the games the previous answer mentioned are in fact 4th generation and it is the 4th generation that introduces the Dawn Stone

There is not any dawn stone in Pokemon emerald, only in Diamond and Pearl. And the Pokemon that evolve from this stone don't appear in emerald/ruby/sapphire, they become available in Diamond and Pearl.
