Where do you find a fuel relay on a 1993 Oldsmobile Bravada?
either center bottom of dash or under hood left side above brake booster
I am only getting 8.5V at the fuel pump on a 95 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme but the voltage at the relay is 12V and I just replaced it. I can't find any other inline fuses so do I have a short?
I have a 1987 mercury sable the fuel relay in combined with other relays mounted on top of the radiator. If you look in your car manual under engine control diagram find the fuel pump relay wire color code, match it to the wire coming out of the relay mounted on top of the radiator its probably there.
All cooling fan relays and fuses are located under the hood of the car in a black box labeled fuses. Unscrew the knob and lift upward to reveal all relays and fuses. Follow the diagram in your owners manual or under the cover to find the one your looking for. (There is one fan relay outside the fuse/relay box)
look under the dash and connected to the ignition harness you should be a relay. Find the 2 wires going to the relay from the harness(crank, start circuit same color), should be on the 30 and 86 terminal. Disconnect them from the relay and re-connect them to each other. Test..........................good luck, Mike
