Go to Zero Isle West and reach the last floor (40). There´s a box which can be opened by Xatu and in there, there should be the amber tear.

I get your point, Wigglytuff are awesome and so hard to find, which can be frustrating. but you can find them at the Marine Resort, on the 14-18 floors. Take a Friend Bow, OR a golden mask, OR an Amber Tear with you. if you don't have any of those, just try your best.

You can get Darkrai in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 2, and you need these things: Mystery Part or Secret Slab(both reveal Darkrai) Golden Mask or Amber Tear is highly recommended because of very low recruit rate. He is on the 13th floor of Mystifying Forest, 4th floor of Miracle Sea Keep in mind that Darkrai can go through walls, and any terrain. Use scanner orbs or X-ray Specs to find him

If you lost the Golden Mask you got from Zero Isle North, it won't reappear, you would have to cheat and use a Wondermail S code from a generator (it is a cheat because you are creating a code that would never be given naturally). Or you could clear Zero Isle East and get the Amber Tear, which does the same thing.
