Go to the old house by the carrot factory and enter through the chimney. Pick up the bowl and go to the diner and ask the lady to fill the bowl with milk. Go back to the old house and it will set down the bowl. Go to the top level and click on either one of the nobs to turn on the shower. The cat will jump out, and you have to chase it back down to the milk. The cat will drink the milk and it will follow you back to Charlie's.
