Cold Callers are easy to find. I find them in toon town central. The best way to find out if a cold caller is in the area you need to go into your cog gallery and click the symbol it will then show if any are in the area.

How do you sign up for the cold caller guild on toontown?
If you want to join the ccg (cold callers guild) you have to do 1 of the boss runs with them then while you are there you just ask them if you are allowed to join, but there is no point asking if you have lvl 4 gags for instance because you will be absolutely no help at all. So if you want to be a member you have to have decent gags, decent laff and no being mean to any other toons.
