You go to the underground with the tool, and you find this skull fossil while finding sphere.

after you find the fossil, go to the orebrugh city and go to this fancy building up to the Pokemon center. you ask this scientist and he will say I'll make e it in to a Pokemon. you go out and come back and ask the guy again, and he will give you a cranidos

You can find it as a fosil underground.I forget how you thaw It out but you can probobly do that you self. (maybe.) All I kknow is that you thaw it out in orberg city (I think) you get it as a fosil underground. I also forget how you thaw it out
