To find combee in Pokemon Platinum, simply slather some honey onto a golden-coloured tree. Leave the tree and come back in a few hours time. If the tree is shaking, there is a Pokemon inside. Walk up to the tree and press the 'A' button. I recommend saving before you do this. If you want to evolve your combee, you must have a female. If you find a male combee, reset your game and keep trying until you get a female. Sometimes you may have to reset up to 20 times, so don't get discouraged if you don't find one immediately. Also, if a combee does not appear in the tree, you will have to slather honey on a different tree and try again. Best of luck!
