First of all, i need to tell you that you can also conquer the kanto region in HG and SS too..... you need to defeat the last gym leader in johto, and i think she,ll give you waterfall to get trough tohjo falls..... ( it,s a cave when you took you,r first step on kanto ) after you have done that, go battle brock the first gym leader in kanto. the 2nd gym is misty in cerulean city and that's when you see her.........
