First of all, you'll need the Member's Pass Key Item from an event. Once this has been obtained, go to the hotel in Canalave City. You will be able to enter it. Once inside, you lie down in bed and fall asleep. You begin to dream, and in that dream you find yourself on New Moon Island. You will only wake up after you have defeated or captured the island's sole inhabitant: Darkrai, the Pitch-Black Pokemon, King of Nightmares. Once you awaken and exit the hotel, you will never enter the hotel again, but you can return to New Moon Island whenever you care to, though there will be nothing of importance there anymore with Darkrai gone.
