Inside the Hall of Despair on the last level, in the top drawer of the bedside table.
To get Saurons armor in oblivion you must first download a mod or create one that imorts the armor in the game. Then depending on which mod you have installed ofr the armor you can find it in different places. See the related link listed below. Where to find it in-game is probably in the description or the images. Or, if you have the construction set, just load the mod with the cs and find the armor in there; expand the second column to get the form id's for the pieces of armor, and when in-game, just press '~' and type: player.additem <form id> <quantity>

if you are looking for dwarven armor there is a mission in the biggining of the game where you travel to fort sundercliff and the bandits should drop dwarven armor. i think you have to download fort sundercliff but dont worry its free
It is either leather/steel or quest\enchanted armor or blades armor
No, no Bone Armor exists in game, without the assistance of a mod (modification).
If you have the Path of Darkness mod in Oblivion, look for Tybor Black, then the armour is in a stone coffin, underwater, in cheydinhal. Look near the bridge next to the chapel.
