When you are going through the storage building owned by team Galactic (After beating the 6th gym then gone to lake valor , verity and acuity )at the end of going through the building when you find the galactic key the TM is just before it

Go to fuchsia city in kanto after u have used the Pal Park.after you exit the building, steven will give u a beldum egg and 10 tms, Thunder, Psychic, Sludge, Sludge bomb, Metal claw, Bullet bunch, Thunderbolt, Barrier, Light Screen and of course, Meteor MASH.But don't get you're hopes up to high because its only for hack.The Egg that u get from Steven is a Beldum egg and the tm's from steven are all moves that beldum can learn. hope this helps

you go to you seventh gym leader and go on route 8 there you will go right then left until you see a pokeball that is the TM (hope it is) ;)
