in Pokemon soul silver you go north a cianwood city and johto and you will see suicine it will keep running until celeadon city {it might be cerulean city } go all the way to the you will get challenged by a lot of people go east and you will see bill's grandpas house keep going more east and you will see suicine save before you battle it so if you kill it turn off the power and your right in front of it suicine is level forty.
