go to mossdeep city then go a ways south (down) and look for a bit of water that you can walk on in the shape of a square/circle. there should be a dive spot in the middle of it and around it. go to the dive spot right below it, go underwater, and there should be a cave. go in the cave and you should see a submarine. resurface and you will be in the cave where team magma is.
