First go to MAUVILLE CITY, and go down near the southern road and see a house on the right. Go in and you should see a scientist guy. He will give you the HM ROCK SMASH. Then go to VERDANTURF TOWN. Go in the cave in the north. Advance a little further to see a guy and girl separated by two rocks. Use ROCK SMASH on one of the rocks. The guy will give you the HM STRENGTH. (The girl is WALLY'S cousin.)
