In the same part where you find Nessie. It is in a pub at Loch Ness. Go right past the ticket stand and bridge.
You combine Game Show Island and Cryptids Island
The viewfinder game was part of the demo of Cryptids island and had almost nothing to do with the quest. It was possible to see a hazy outline of Nessie after you saw the dog barking. If you did, you received a Nessie costume prize.
This has nothing to do with solving the island. It is just a side game, such as the billiards on Game Show, or the Pong game on Counterfeit Island, or the card game on Night Watch.
After your submarine ride, and another dart game, the bartender will give you a flute (pennywhistle) to attract Nessie. Go to the rowboat and click"go left" twice. Play the flute and Nessie will appear. Take a picture and show it to Mews.
The darts game is played at the Pub, to the right at Loch Ness on Cryptids Island. To throw a dart, first click on it to pick it up, then click again to establish an aiming point (X) and do not release the mouse button. You will "pull back" on the dart by rolling your mouse backward. This lowers the dart in relation to the dartboard, so as you pull back, the distance from the point of the dart to your aiming point (X) increases. When it is lower by about 1/2 of the width of the dartboard, release the mouse button and it should fly fairly close to the aiming point (X). Adjust this distance to aim and hit at the bullseye. The other players may have a bad game now and then, so you should be able to beat them with a little practice.
I don't know either i hadn't gotten to save my game since i beat the dart man and then i came back to ride the rowboat for a second time and the driver said "All Aboard" and the two turning arrow popped up and i don't know what to do.
Crown Darts
You just have to be able to throw a fairly good score each game and eventually he will have a bad game and you win.Throwing dartsTo throw the dart, click once to pick it up. Line up the point with where you want it to hit (usually the center). Now click a second time but don't let go. An aiming point X is now on the board. Slowly pull back on your mouse, and watch the dart move down below the aiming point. This is "your arm pulling back" with the dart. Pull back until the point of the dart is about 1/2 the total width of the board below your aiming point X. When you release the mouse button, the dart will throw. The lower you went down, the higher the dart will go. So about 1/2 the board width means that your dart ought to hit very close to the X you set. Experiment to find the distance that works the best.
No. The "sneak peek" was only from December 2 to December 19, 2010. After that, the island was open to members and closed to anyone else. If your avatar was still on the island, you may have been able to play the "find Nessie" game, but only until January 18, 2011.
The helicopter should only stop moving temporarily in flight or at the Bigfoot cave. If it stops moving, reboot Poptropica. You may have to allow more space for the game to play on your browser, using the right-click for Settings. If the game locks up for you consistently, try leaving Cryptids Island and playing another island, as this could remove bad information from your cache.
The island that includes a museum in the quest is Counterfeit island. (see the related link) There are also museums on Early Poptropica, Shark Tooth Island, Nabooti Island, AStro Knights island, Mythology Island, Steamworks island, Cryptids Island, and Game Show island.
There is no sure way to win the Yeti game. The game was badly interpreted. Move forward twice and try to get a hunter to make a wrong move, then go by him to the left.
