There are two in the game (both diamond and pearl) and you can find them in: Mt. Coronet, 2nd time you go through it you will find one on the first floor.
The second one is only available after you beat the elite 4, it is on route 225. That route is up in the Battle Zone. Once you land there from the dock you go start up, to route 225, and find your Dawn Stone.
P.S. Prepare for a battle, when you land in the battle zone for the first time.
