Check fuses
In a 1999 Subaru Impreza Outback, the fuses for the windshield wipers are located in the fuse box under the dashboard on the driver's side. To access it, remove the cover and look for the fuse labeled for the windshield wipers or wiper motor. Additionally, there is a fuse box in the engine compartment that may also contain related fuses. Always refer to the owner's manual for specific fuse locations and ratings.
