open the driver dooe and close to were the door meets the car you will see a cover, push in on the clip and it will come off. it should have a diagram of were all the fuses are

On a 1998 Ford Ranger : In the fuse panel in the drivers end of the dash : ( mini fuse # 8 is a 10 amp fuse for the right headlamp and fog lamp relay )

Turn signals are mounted on a Chevy Cavalier just like a regular head lamp is. The difference between the units is the bulbs are smaller. Open the hood and find the lamp brackets. Unplug the old brackets and connect the new bulbs.
