You might check owners manual, it is a hand written four digit code. Or you have to pull the radio and get serial # and manufacturer

Customer Relations Call Center at 1-888-MITSU2010 (1-888-648-7820) they will provide you with security code and steps to reset the radio as long as you have the Part Number and Serial Number for your radio unit.
