after beating Elite 4:
griseous orb: turnback cave. the weird of turnback cave is that u will HAVE to go thr same way. example: i keep going right, and i will find a portal to Disortion world, where the Griseous orb will be. but if i go left, then up, i will somehow enter the room with the main entrance again. very fustrating. also i would take pokémon with rock smash.
Adamant orb & Lustous orb:
make your way to spear pillar. on the way you will see a waterfall with a cavern on top of it. there are the orbs. if u go to spear pillar with the orbs, there will be a blue/purple crystal floating. your character will notice it as a raft. he/she will say something like: "an inmense feeling of Time(Dialga & blue raft) / Space (Palkia & purple raft) is coming from inside. will you challenge Dialga(blue raft) / Palkia (purple raft)" if u say 'Yes' u will instant battle Dialga/Palkia. ALWAYS SAVE BEFORE CHALLENGING or you could KO them or you could be forced to RUN. that should make dialga/palkia dissapear forever so be careful. if u catched one of the 2 exit (NOT BY HM FLY) spear pillar using the cavern below. when in the cavern, re-enter spear pillar imeadiately, and you will see the other raft. it will be blue/purple, depending on who you first challenged. WARNING: they are lv 70 and palkia is said to be ultra hard, but i catched the bastard with a poké ball and dialga with master ball (i got one from a friend with an r4 with cheats.
