When the word "He" in the Bible is capitalized it is done so to give honor to the "He" to whom it is referring; that "He" being God. You will find in the Bible that when ever a noun is used to denote God the first letter is always capitalized; examples being: God; Lord; Father; Spirit. When the noun used is referring to lesser spiritual being or man it begins with a small letter.

Everytime I read the bible I find something new even if it is a passage I have previously read. I would have to say that the bible is an infinite book.
To find a "Bible reference" For Example Luke 10:25-37 the answer is this: you look firstly for the part in wich it says luke in the bible, then find the chapter, which if you are finding luke, the chapter would be 10. Then find the verse, and in the luke chapter 10 there are 25-37 verses. If you still struggle then, you can find a bible reference also by looking at the Luke part , then you look at the first number in the reference , which is 10 that is your chapter, then you look at the other two sets of numbers which is 25-37, them are the versus, so what ever verse the good smaritan is on, that is the verse you look at.
