(In order to dig it up, you will need to get the Egyptian Lily flower from Blue Nile Falls, and trade it for a turban. At Giza, use the turban to get a shovel. You will also need the opuntia fruit -- cactus pear -- from the Mountains of the Moon. Once you have these, go to the Kaya Forests.) At the Kaya Forests, use the Opuntia Fruit to lure the tortoise, and dig where he was sleeping. You will find the Ebony Elephant. Talk to the Kaya spirits, and take the Elephant to Nabooti to swap for their missing talisman, the fingo. Take the fingo to Kaya Forest and get the Green Jewel.
There is a blue Egyptian Nile Lily at the Blue Nile Falls (left side of the falls). Take it back to Nabooti and trade it for a turban, a valuable disguise when at Giza.
Bring the ebony elephant to the dealer in rare artifacts in Nabooti, who will swap you the fingo for you. Bring the fingo to the Kaya spirits.

At Nabooti. There are only three traders, and she is the one who deals in rare flowers. Bring her the Blue Lily from Blue Nile Falls.
Is it in your item bag already? Go to the trader in Nabooti who takes rare artifacts - you may have it and it just doesn't show up.
There are THREE traders at Nabooti, and each plays a specific role : * The rare flower collector will give you a turban for the Blue Lily (you wear it at Giza) * The "cash only" dealer will sell you a camera for the Safari if you bring her the gold nugget from the second palm tree at Kaya Forests. * The "rare artifacts" collector will take the Elephant Artifact from the Kaya Forests and give you the "fingo" talisman in return. (see the related questions)
There are none. Fortunately, the dealer also buys "rare flowers". You can bring back the Egyptian Blue Lily from Blue Nile Falls, and swap it for a turban.
The actual answer is that the Blue Lily goes to the "lady vendor", at Nabooti, who deals in rare flowers. She will give you a turban in exchange.(of the three vendors at Nabooti, the left and middle are definitely female, but the third vendor is probably supposed to be male. Given the apparel, it is hard to tell.)
You will need to dig up the rare artifact, an Ebony Elephant. In order to dig it up, you will need to get the Egyptian Lily flower from Blue Nile Falls, and trade it for a turban. It is very rare that an item is lost. You could try approaching the dealer in Nabooti to see if you have it but it is not showing on the items list. If you go back to Kaya Forests and dig again, it may come back. Otherwise you will have to restart the island (small map at upper right) because you need the Green Jewel.
I must get this rare artifact out of the country quickly!
Glitches that cause you to lose an item are rare, and can usually be resolved by trying to use it anyway (for automatic items) or by going back to try to acquire another in the original location.
