Sapphire - This is found in Dotted Hole, but you must first go to Icefall Cave in Four Island and help Lorelei confront some Rocket Grunts. Stand in front of the door at the entrance of Dotted Hole, go to the menu and let a pokemon use the HM Cut (must be done through menu.) There will be four holes and you must choose the right hole to fall through (the holes to fall through are Up, Left, Right and Down.) Once you find the Sapphire, Scientist Gideon will steal it and try to sell it to Team Rocket. Go to Five Island and enter the Rocket Warehouse (you must know both passwords to get in), solve the puzzle and confront Gideon.
