Climb up and go left. He is just down the trail at upper left.
In the monastery.
Go left up the trail at the Himalayas and a Sherpa guide will help you. As you ascend, hook each ring, and don't let go until the Sherpa reaches you and says to go on. At the monastery, climb over the roof and beat the monk there at the Yeti game. Then climb up and right until you find the footprint in the snow. Take a photo back to Mews.

Before you go to the Himalayas, get the digital camera by helping the driver at Loch Ness. You will need to climb the mountain to see the head monk at the monastery, who reportedly has a Yeti scalp. But unfortunately, he won't give it to you. He does give you a camping lantern. If you climb up to the top of the mountain above the monastery, you will find a footprint to photograph. These two items are all you can get from the Himalayas, so you will have to prove the other three cryptids.
You don't find a photo, you take a photo, on the trail above the monastery in the Himalayas. You also collect the lantern there. But back at the Mews lab, the footprint is not convincing proof. You don't have to go back to the Himalayas. Get the proof for the other three cryptids (Nessie, chupacabra, and the Jersey Devil) and an opportunity to get the Yeti/Bigfoot will present itself.
