The treasure is on a secret island which is revealed after you find all pieces of the map, called Skullduggery. But I don't know how to get it yet.

nothing. you will come here after you've beat Captain Crawfish and found the treasure map. (the treasure chest is on the island)

You will find the treasure under a mound, six paces right from the pirate flag.
