Tornado, Thundurus and Landorus cannot be found in Pokémon Black 2. You will need to use the Dream Radar application which is available on the Nintendo 3DS eShop in order to catch Tornadus, Thundurus and Landorus. Once you have found and caught them in the Dream Radar then you can send them over to your Pokémon Black 2 game.
