The location for adding/draining fluid depends on the TYPE of transmission on the vehicle. Automatic or manual?
Under the car on the upper side of the transmission you will find a plug. Remove the plug and stick you finger in the hole. If you feel fluid, then it is full.
You can't. It's a sealed transmission, and has no spout or dipstick. All service to the transmission should be done by a dealer.
You can find the 2005 Toyota transmission fluid dipstick on the left-hand side of the transmission. The transmission fluid dipstick will have a blue handle.
Under the hood you will find a cap that says TRANSMISSION, or something to that effect. The cap is attached to the top end of the transmission dip stick. Pull out the dipstick and add transmission fluid through the dip stick spout. Add the fluid slowly and check the level often, you don't want to overfill. When the level is somewhere between the add and full marks on the dip stick, you have a good level.
go to the Chevrolet dealer and buy only syncromesh transmission fluid. do not add anything else it will ruin your transmission.
In the 2000 voyager, you will needto find the yellow dipstick and remove it , then get a funnel and put it in the hole and pour tranny fluid in. make sure you have the vehicle running to check the fluid level.. a littleless isokbut to much will damage the tranny. you are welcome, Paul
The synchronizing gears don't seem to be meshing right in the transmission. If the transmission is full of fluid then it will need to be taken apart to find the problem.
The G5 has a transmission dipstick. Find it and check the fluid level as normal.
The manual transmission doesn't have a dipstick , there will be a fill plug on the transmission
Under the hood on the driver side you will find the transmission dipstick. You add fluid there.
