If you have the Dawnguard DLC, then you can just go along with the Dawnguard Quest-line and choose to become the updated form of Vampire.
In the "vanilla game" (game without dlc), you must be given the "Sanguinare Vampiris" disease by a Vampire. This is possible by being struck by a vampire and is preventable if you drink a cure poison potion. Vampires won't often be found in cities unless you have Dawnguard DLC, otherwise... go to a vampire dungeon like Movarth's Lair (outside Morthal).
there is no vampire cure in Skyrim. :(
sorry. once you are a vampire, you cant get rid of it.
Whenever you join the Assassins you have to assassinate a vampire.

Vampires are fictional and God did not make vampires on Earth.
Skyrim was just released in November so you won't find another version. Skyrim is the carry on of the game Oblivion. Oblivion is basically the previous version of Skyrim.
