first you have to awaken groudon and kyogre and they will be fighting then someone will let in the stoopolis cave and there will be someone in the cave talk to him and they will stop fighting and then go to the sky pillar and climb it to the top talk to him go back to stoopolis raqwazza will be there they will fly all together and then talk to team aqua and magmas leaders then talk to the guy guarding the door he will move and he will give you hmwaterfall beat the gym leader go to evergande city teach it to a Pokemon use it on the waterfall and that's all i can tell.
