to get zoroark, you need to have one of the following, all of them are event Pokemon: shiny raikou, shiny, entei or shiny suicune. Then you need to go to lostlorn forest on route 16 with one of those Pokemon in your party and you will be able to battle zoroark.
Alternatively, you could trade with someone.
Zoroak isn't in soulsilver or heartgold. If you look at Serebii.net, its only in the yet to come out Pokemon Black and White.
YES Zoroark can be breeded
Zoroak is a VI gen. pokemon. game freak was nowhere near done black and white in 2004. Wait till 2011 to get black and white in north america!
The Pokemon who evolves into Zoroark is Zorua
yes it is a fifth gen Pokemon that evolves from zorua
in lostlorn forest. you bring one of the shiny dog legandaries to the camper and the person is zorark.
Yes; if you get the Shiny Raikou, Entei, or Suicune from EB Games or GameStop and transfer it over, then you can find her in Lostlorn Forest. There was also a Wi-Fi Zoroark event which may recur in the future.
you have go to game stop and get celibi (I don't think you can do it anymore but you might just have to catch it) and then Zora is disguised in a town as another Pokemon basically you have to evolve Zora.
No, but you can use the Celebi that can be obtained from Gamestop to activate the Celebi event to catch Zorua and evolve it into Zoroark
there is no "strongest pokemon" it depends on the sp attack and attack stats. if you use, like, 1,000 attack increasing items on it then, yes in your game zoroark is indeed, the strongest pokemon.
If you catch Zoroark in Lostlorn Forest it will always be female. You will have to get the Zorua in Castelia City for it to be male. Zorua will be level 10 and can evolve at level 30.
No it is not unless you are talking about zorua but if you mean zoroak than you need to trade a shiny legendary dog to black or white to get zoroark.
