HM05 - Defog, is a new HM in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl which allows for you to clear away heavy mist which is present in parts of Sinnoh. You may obtain this HM from a man in Pastoria Great Marsh - the Safari Zone of Sinnoh. He is most likely to be in the observatory section of the site.

∙ 13y agoHM05 is Flash. It can be obtained from the aide of Professor Oak in Pewter City/Viridian City boundary. You will first need to go through the Diglett's Cave and on the other end, you will find a house and there you can see the aide. You must first caught at least 5 Pokemons to be able to have it.
