FINDING SNORUNT shoal cave outside of mossdeep city has a low area that can only be accessed around six o'clock (you can see the time in your room in littler root.)the area is down ladders and is covered in ice you need strenght to get there. after walking around a bunch you can find and catch it.
There is a cave north of mossdeep city called shoal cave. It changes by the timing. High tides (9am-3pm/9pm-3am) and low tides (3am-9am/3pm-9pm). You need to go in at low tide. The timing is according to the time in your room in littleroot town. Move around to a place that there is a boulder (If you can get the two shoal salts at the further end, you'll see this boulder), push the boulder all the way until a route is opened. Climb through the stairs and you'll reach an area of ice. Move around there and in some time, a snorunt will appear.

2.go to the oldman and go down the stairs then go north through the door
3.go up the stairs and find the ladder go down it
4.you should now be in a room with a bunch of stair cases go them and then up the ladder
5.go across the bridges and then down the ladder
6.you should now be in a room where there is a guy who looks like he's wearing a karate suit if you talk to him he gives you a focus band
7.go east and use strength and go down through the door
8.now you should be in a room with ice and that's were you catch it but he's rare so it might take a while

∙ 12y agolake acuity, acuity lakefront, route 217 and 216 is the place to find snorunt ONLY AT NIGHT. yh but this little Pokemon is one rare poekmon to find, even if you sit down and run around for 30 mins its still hard to find it, especailly if your looking for a female and the snorunt that appears is a male.
Go to acuity lakefront or route 117 and run around. u should find it.
