An alternative option is to visit your local specialized cellphone dealer, as most of these dealers also sell SIM cards with the pay-as-you-go service.
I currently use a Net10 prepaid cell phone. Net10 is always 10 cents a minute and doesn't have any other fees like other prepaid services do. You get nation wide coverage and can buy the refill cards online or at several different stores such as Walmart and Walgreens which makes this the best prepaid phone out there in my opinion
