Well if it helps i caught a bagon in meteor falls.
You have to go up the water fall and look around everywhere, i found it at the poke ball where you get the TM Dragon claw

∙ 13y agoWell Its very rare because we all know that the evolution is awesome,You can find a bagon in the safari zone at the swamp area place 9 forest objects and 19 peak items then I know its a long time but trust me its worth it.You have to wait 110 days. that is all I know hope I helped:D!
